Buying a holiday home over seas with money loaned from UK is this legal?

Is it legal to loan money from the UK and buy property over seas,i've been over seas and want to buy a holiday home, however continue to live and work in the UK

No not at all. I know this for a fact, for my partner and I have just borrowed from Lloyds TSB in the UK to buy a house in Morrocco.
He is English, but we both work overseas and we could get out this mortage no problems.
