Has anybody gotten a loan through Richards Loan Agency telephone number Tel Num:+447011137447?

He has offered my a loan and says he is from the UK. I looked up the phone number on yahoo and saw a couple of questions on this guy but no anwswer

If you doubt it that much already and can't find a reliable track record, you should be able to answer this yourself. It's a scam! Don't do it! Somebody that's this hard to track down will be impossible to find when he takes your money and runs, eliminating the possibility of suing him down the road. Good luck!
