I need a loan without paying an upfront fee...very quickly?

i have a small business that is less than a year old and i need a $10,000 loan to secure the property to buy for my little shop. i am having trouble getting one as i have not been in business for longer than a year.
i dont want to pay an up front fee as i think most are fraudulent companies.
i live in sydney, australia.
i need it very quickly

Do you own a home that you can take a second mortgage out on? That's what we did. Also, many a businesses were started out by using credit cards..can you get that off of a credit card?
