Need a loan for 5000.00 that I am willing to pay high interest rates to secure. This loan would be to pay off some debts that would then reestablish my credit.
I need US legitmate verifiable lenders willing to talk to me and then willing to take a chance.

Your best bet is probably a finance company. They are willing to take more risk than most banks, but their interest rates can be very high.
An even better solution would be if you had something to put up for collateral for the loan. Most lending institutions will offer a lower rate if there is collatteral against the loan. You'd be surprised what they may take as collateral.
