Internet ads reputable names state can secure personal loans for people with low, no, or poor credit, then can't due to low score or poor credit. How can I get one of them to give me a $4K loan based on their advertising?

You can't make anyone loan you money and most of those lenders are predatory lenders wanting you to mortgage your home for the money.

No reputable lender will loan to a "risk" which by your statement must include you. Most lending institutions won't lend to most anyone without some type of collateral. You can bet NO ONE is going to lend you 45K without it.
