Have you noticed the ridiculous amounts of adverts on TV offering loans secured on your house?

It is the equivalent of Mcdonalds advertising happy meals to kids, do you all know there is going to be a major correction at the very least in the housing market? You will all be screwed then.

OH MY GOD THEY SO ANNOY ME! its not to bad on terrestrial but on sky its every other ad. if its not loans then its mortgage and car ins AH....... PLEASE don't get me started otherwise iv got to take more medication
yes whats the question we know the answer is dont borrow extra cash on your house from these financial leeches.
This is just another indication of our debt society. It starts with innocent credit card 'pre approved' applications coming through the door. Car sales companies offering better deals if bought on finance etc. Then comes the banks and loan companies sending 'pre approved' loan applications, some banks even have call centres set up to call you at home and explain how a loan will benefit you. then when the loans mount up, and your really starting to struggle, along come the debt management companies (who charge! go figure!) and secured loans being offered, or even now offers to 'buy your house, and rent it back to you!'
