What to do when you send money to secure a loan and you dont get your loan or the money back?

i sent 3000.00 dollars to secure a loan by western union and i dont have my loan and cant get the bank to call me back what should i do

Where did you send this money to?
talk to western union.
If you suspect fraud, contact you states Attorney Generals office to file a complaint. They often will act on your behalf to get monies returned.
Try to contact their customer service
Call the Attorney General of your state, I think you have been the victim of a scam.
