As other have said, be careful of the scammers out there. Never pay any money upfront to get a loan. It is illegal for a lender, private or otherwise, to do this in the United States. Don't given them any personal information until you are sure they are leg. Ask for verifiable business name, address, phone number, etc. Be very skeptical of interests rates too good to be true (below prime rate).
