How does a remortgage work with a secured loan involved that i want to pay off aswell?

oh we are doing the same thing.... you have to borrow the equity on your home on top of your morgatge..example say your house is worth 120,000 and you have an 90,000 morgatge left you have 30,000 equity say your loan is 10,000 you take out a mortgage for 100,000 voila one payment instead of two and cheaper, but do so soon because the interest rate is rising again, get yourself a good independant financial advisor.
Now a days you can get free mortgage quotes online and so you can compare their rates and then choose one which is better for you.
